Power in Prayer
Is prayer really powerful?
Acts 4: 31 - "And when they had PRAYED, the place where they gathered together was SHAKEN and they were all filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and began to speak the word of God with BOLDNESS."
Look what prayer produced-
SHAKING - The place shook. It rattled.
As we journey through life, things try to attach to us. Maybe sadness. Maybe discouragement. Maybe doubt. And every now and then we need a divine shaking in our lives to shake some things off us. Prayer will shake depression off you. Fear off you. Anxiety gots to go!
INFILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - they were refilled.
The problem with being human beings is we leak. Little by little we leak out what God has invested in us, rather that;s joy, peace or happiness. The good news is we can get refilled through prayer.
FRESH BOLDNESS - courage.
We need some fresh boldness during these times. Many people are panicking and bowing to fear. Lord, help us rise up with courage.
We are anticipating our PRAYER SUMMITS to produce some miracles amongst us.
In these PRAYER SUMMITS, God will move in a fresh way. Join Laura and I for PRAYER in person on Saturdays 8:45am on August 8 & August 22 at our Paramount Location.
