A little bit of history on how we started deaf ministry:
It all started by a hearing mother of a deaf son who felt impressed by the Lord to interpret for Chapel of Change services when it first started in 2013. At that time, there were NO deaf people in attendance at that time.  Now, lets fast forward to today.  We now have an average of 20-30 deaf people attending to Chapel of Change. Talk about a leap of faith that this woman had.

What are our core values?
1. We are people who PRAY.
2. We are people who GROW.
3. We are people who REACH.
4. We are people who SERVE.
5. We are people who SEND.
6. We are people who DISPLAY DIVERSITY.
